1) Studies have shown that high-achievers have an increased chance of procrastinating. So, you're not f*%king lazy that's for sure! But being able to know why exactly you procrastinate is fundamental for breaking this cycle that's gotcha stopping that needle moving in your biz. 

2) I believe (and so does neuroscience) that behind every action is a positive intention. Discovering the motivation behind your procrastination can bring an understanding that ultimately it comes from a positive place of self-preservation rather than self-sabotage.
